Send the product and a copy of the original store receipt showing you purchased your arch supports at an authorized Good Feet franchise location.
Shipping & Handling Fee for Arch Support Replacement
$12.95 (U.S. dollars)
Shipping and Handling Fee for Leather Cover Replacement
$42.95 replacement fee if product was purchased more than 3 months ago.
$12.95 replacement fee if product was purchased within last 3 months.
Leather covering is warrantied for 3 months against Wear, Ripping, or Peeling
