What are hammertoes?
When the foot is out of balance the lesser toes contract in an attempt to grip the floor and balance the body. Contracted toes develop corns on top and metatarsal problems on the bottom of the foot. Good Feet arch supports that have metatarsal lift will relax the hammertoes and improve alignment.
