This place is absolutely the best! I have plantar fasciitis and would get stabbing pains in my heels and middle arches of my feet but after visiting the store my problems were solved within about one week just from walking on the solutions they sold me. 2 years later today I went back and they solved a couple of new issues I had for free. These guys are absolutely the best and if you are on the fence, trust me you should try them out!

I have to say that my experience at Good Feet at Lake Line was great. I really did not know what to expect. What I did know is that I had bad foot pain, plantar fasciitis. I ended up with the whole system and it has been about 2 weeks now. Amazingly almost all of my pain has gone away. I did follow specific instructions for the adjustment period so that helped a lot. I found the staff to be very friendly and concerned about my pain. It is well worth what I spent. My feet were killing me and now they are not. I also appreciated that my salesman followed up to see how I was doing. Good customer service for sure.

I had plantar fasciitis for over a year. I have been treated by my primary Doctor, podiatrist, had injections, physical therapy, and bought various types of insoles, did various foot exercises, which all only lasted short time and the pain started back. I couldn't walk bare-footed anymore, or walk very far without sharp burning pain. Then the pain moved also to my left lateral foot. I had watched this Good Feet Store Ad several times and yes, I said, they are paying people to say that their fasciitis is 99% better and I just kept the phone number and address on file . Then in April, I decided that I was tired of paying co-pays and spending money useless and not getting long term results. So I decided to make a visit to the store after talking to several people over the phone. I'm not bragging and I don't give honor to one or something if it's not earned. I could tell a difference right away after Zack took my imprints and fitted me with three pairs of arches. I finally went back today for a follow up and to be re-fitted. My fasciitis is so much better!!! I can jog, perform speed-walking, and walk bare-footed without the extreme pain that I had before coming here for help. Truthfully, my fasciitis has improved greatly. Thanks to Zack initially and today to Troy :)!!! I wish I had come here sooner!!! It's worth it because there is nothing like being free of foot pain!!! If your feet hurt, your whole body is affected. Initially, I told them what was advertised on TV & they honored what they advertised even the book was mailed to me because they were out of them and I also received the coupon!!! I have stood on my feet for over 40 years and still stand quite a bit!!! Known as OT!!!

For fourteen years I did hard labor at a local food bank. Although it was a labor of love, it took a huge toll on my body. My knees were so trashed from pulling orders I had to crawl upstairs to get to my bedroom at night. The plantar fasciitis prompted me to visit the podiatrist, who measured my barking dogs and had some inserts fashioned. They offered some relief, but blew out in no time at all. I heard the ad on the radio about The Good Feet Store and thought, "What can I lose?" Twenty-four miles later I arrived and was given courteous and patient service from Mike. He explained that, rather than just an insert to offer comfort, The Good Feet Store's theory was that the feet have "muscle memory"; that is to say, they can regain their long-lost structure. The sensation of being able to stand correctly and walk was astounding! Yesterday, I returned after three months to check my progress and have the expert discern if my inserts were still viable. They were, and after more foot imprints it was evident my soles had radically reshaped themselves. My suggestion to all who have given up hope, is to visit the store, go with the program and be patient; it's going to take some time. Worth every penny!

I SUFFER from plantar fasciitis and am constantly on my feet. The system relieved my heel pain almost immediately. I highly recommend them.

I was skeptical that I would feel any relief; however, I felt relief with each step. Dave was very knowledgeable. I am leaving with more relief than anticipated. I would recommend Good Feet to anyone.

Dave was great fitting my supports to help with my heal pain. This will help me get back to my boot camp workouts and cycling that I enjoy so much. I can already feel the difference.

I was getting desperate to heal my plantar fasciitis. Shots where my next option according to my foot doctor. I wasn't 100% ready for that as it is supposed to be very painful. Tried this store out as a last resort, and yes it's a little expensive, but can't argue this price with the pain I endured for about 2 years. (I had changed jobs because of it.). Two nice things. 1) I used my HSA to pay for it. 2) I can get refitted and get new inserts for like 20.00. I think their guarantee is to not wear out that fast (other over counter products just weren't holding up to what they promised.) I am over 1 year later with no returning Plantar Fasciitis and haven't been using the inserts. If I start to develop again I would just start using again. I would say total healing time was about 1-2 months of wearing properly. I do hope they come up with a better solution from the Velcro as it did damage the inside of the shoes and it didn't always stay since I guess I'm really hard on my feet. Well done guys, I am recommending all the time when some I need complains about their feet.

I went with my girlfriend to the Good Feet Store for my one year refitting. When I was finished, I encouraged my girlfriend to look try out the inserts, since she had back aches. She was skeptical because she didn't think inserts would improve her back pain. After the consult, she went ahead and purchased the inserts from Rich. Three days later she noticed her back pain was gone! Now, a few months later, she's not had any daily back pain....as long as she wears the inserts. She uses the insoles while at work, and also on the tread mill while exercising. Thank you Good Feet for giving my girlfriend a better quality of life!

After many years of having my feet hurt every day, I went to The Good Feet Store. So glad I did. Only wish I had gone sooner! Heidi was great...she explained how their inserts work and answered all my questions. Yes, what I needed cost more than I was expecting, but as much as my feet, knees and back hurt and the amount of money I spent on different shoes and insoles was not helping so I decided to try it. So very glad I did! Just a couple of weeks after getting my inserts, I walked in a walk to raise money for state hospital. Over a mile! And NO FOOT, KNEE OR BACK PAIN!

I went into the store because my boyfriend needed a refitting. He encouraged me to look into the inserts since I had back aches. I was skeptical because I could not believe inserts could improve my back ache. After I purchased my inserts, I noticed my back pain went away in 3 days! I have not had any back pain as long as I am wearing the inserts. I wear them working out and also on the tread mill! Quite a surprise!

Love these guys. Super friendly and helpful. I've have had my supports for about 5 months now, and I'd say a solid 95% of my foot, knee and back pain is GONE. My only regret is, not going to see them sooner.

I went to The Good Feet Store after 6 months of absolutely terrible experiences with two well-known local podiatrists. These docs managed to "custom cast" me 3 pairs of ridiculous supports, all of which were extremely uncomfortable and caused severe sharp knee pain. Mike at Good Feet listened to my story, listened to my needs and helped me with orthotics appropriate for my 8-5 everyday shoes, my very active lifestyle, and orthotics that I could wear with my cowboy boots when I am out in the dance halls. Mine was not an easy case - I have had chronic back and hip pain for 25 years, as well as a significant difference in the length of my legs. I've been wearing my Good Feet orthotics comfortably for 3 months with no back, hip or knee pain. The orthotics I wore out of the store are the orthotics I continue to wear today. Best part... I have not had to go back to a podiatrist, my life is not consumed with follow up doctor visits, and I can easily and comfortably work, walk, run, travel, lift, row, and dance without having worry about pain.

Doug was great! He brought out every type of insert and a pair of tennis shoes for me to try. He helped me choose the perfect insert and before trying on the tennis shoe I asked if he could show me some others that were more my style. As a good salesman should do…Doug picked up on my personality from our conversation about music and he said, "I think I know which one you'll like”. In the short time I was there he picked the exact tennis shoe for me that I would have picked! It was like walking on air so I bought a pair. Most comfortable shoes I have ever had on my feet! Thanks Doug!

My husband and I were both fitted by Good Feet with orthotics (Scott and Dave). After going back for a further fitting, our orthotics fit great now. We appreciate the store personnel's for doing everything they could to make sure we are happy and satisfied customers. We recommend Good Feet unconditionally as a way to prevent that dreaded foot surgery ordeal. Walking is now fun and comfortable for the first time in years.

Dave assisted me today, I was experiencing pain in my right keen and Achilles. After walking in the good feed supports I felt lighter on my feet and there was no pain in my Achilles anymore. I've tried other arch supports and I'm still having the same issues. I'm looking forward to wearing them daily and experience no pain and better support.
