The only thing that I regret is not getting a pair of thin insoles. I bought two of the thick athletic insoles since I couldn't wear dress shoes because of my foot pain. After a month of wearing my arch supports, as directed, I am able to wear dress shoes again and now I need a pair of the thin insoles!"
