Career Opportunity for Mature, Experienced Salesperson With the Nations Largest and Fastest Growing Provider of Custom Fitted Orthotics.
Experienced salesperson will be trained to size and fit clients for Custom Fitted Orthotics (AKA: arch supports, inserts), which alleviate foot, knee, leg and back pain.
We work with all age groups and activities: young adults, mature adults, baby-boomers, seniors -- athletes, runners, overworked, overweight.

Location : Newport News, VA
Compensation : Salary + Commission -- salary starts at $8-$10/hr. based on experience. Commission is 5% and increases to 7% based on volume.
Advancement : Management opportunity available based on demonstrated performance and skills.

Requirements
Experience:
Two years of direct selling experience preferably with high-ticket sales. Familiarity with more complex "process/presentation selling" is a plus. We will consider candidates with medical service provider experience which had them dealing directly with patients/clients, e.g., RN’s, LPN’s
Education:
Minimum -- high school degree with strong work experience. Prefer some college and/or technical certification.
Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills:
Disciplined communication and articulation skills required to present, consult and educate clients about foot, knee, leg & back problems and demonstrate solutions for same.
Sensitivity to Peoples Needs:
Empathy and understanding of pain and discomfort, and how they can limit one's life and happiness.
