3-Step System

If your feet are not properly supported, your whole body can become out of alignment, and that puts a lot of pressure on your feet, knees, hips, and back.   Our 3-Step System can help relieve foot, back, and leg pain by properly aligning and supporting your feet.  Combined, these three steps exercise, maintain, and relax your feet toward a more ideal position- one that is designed to improve your balance and provide optimal support as you walk, run, and stand.   Each of the Good Feet Arch Supports is designed for a specific use during this 3-Step Process.

Step 1- Exercise
If you want to improve your body- even your feet- you have to exercise.  The Exerciser family of supports help reposition your feet into a more ideal position, balancing and aligning your whole body.  Exercisers are ideal for everyday wear and can take the discomfort out of walking and standing.

Step 2- Maintain
It’s important to maintain that ideal foot position your feet have attained through wearing your Exerciser supports.  The second step in our system- the Maintainers, provide less aggressive support you can wear in a variety of shoes and for most activities.  Maintainers are ideal for activities such as fitness walking, running, tennis, and most impact sports.  They are thin enough to fit into almost any shoes, even dress shoes, sandals, and high heels.

Step 3- Relax
Just like the rest of your body, your feet need a chance to relax and rejuvenate.  The Relaxers provide gentle support made out of flexible materials to help your feet relax after a long day.
