Do I need an appointment to come in?

No appointment is necessary, but for store hours or directions please call the location nearest you.

How long does it take to get Good Feet arch supports?

When you visit a Good Feet store, you should plan to spend about 45 minutes with your Customer Service Representative.  Your Representative will discuss your lifestyle activities and the shoe styles you wear, and then measure your arch lengths and width to personally size you with Good Feet arch supports for you to try.  You'll want to bring different styles of shoes so your Customer Service Representative can best assist you in choosing the most ideal arch supports for your feet, shoes, and activities.

Do you take a mold of my foot?

No molds of your feet are taken at the Good Feet stores. We personally size our arch supports by measuring the length and width of your arches.

Can I use my insurance to buy Good Feet products?

Good Feet is a retail arch support store and does not accept or bill insurance companies.  Arch Support purchase coverage is at the sole discretion of your insurance carrier. Please contact your insurance provider for more information on their coverage and your policy.

Can I order Good Feet arch supports by mail?

The best way to get your arch supports is to visit one of our many locations nationwide. Our staff will ask you about the activities in which you participate and the shoes you wear. Next they will use biomechanical techniques to help personally size you with Good Feet arch supports for you to try.  If there is no Good Feet store near you we'll send our patented Good Feet footprint kit to your home.
