The manager will be a “player coach”, meaning the selected individual will be in the rotation to meet with customers to stay in touch with our customer and the local market. He/she will be responsible for team scheduling to meet the needs of our seven days-per-week store operation, maintaining a high-quality store appearance, sales reporting and daily reconciliation, hiring and customer complaint resolution.

To qualify, the selected individual must have demonstrated success as a Sales Manager, leading a team of sales professionals. He/she must be a servant leader with excellent interpersonal skills to connect with the customer and develop the team. He/she must have the ability to persuade others through direct influence and outstanding strategic communication skills. Strong closing skills and the ability to overcome objections are a must. Excellent computer skills and experience working with a retail POS system and ERP are important.

Salary: $90,000 and UP. Compensation = base plus commissions

Hours: Our store is open from 9 am to 6 pm, M- F; 9 am to 5 pm, Saturday and 12 pm to 4 pm, Sunday.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years with commission-based sales and 3 years management experience
  • Experience with one-on-one sales presentations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Interpersonal skills to connect with the customer and develop a team
  • Strong Closing skills
  • Weekends are required
