Requirements:

· Minimum of 2 years with commission-based sales and 3 years management experience

· Experience with one-on-one sales presentations

· Interpersonal skills to connect with the customer and develop a team

· Strong Closing skills

· Weekends are required

Salary: $80,000 +Total Compensation. (Compensation = base plus commissions)

Regional Sales Manager

· Car sales-management experience a plus

· Multi-location management

· Exceptional and proven training ability.

· Notable ability to coach employees.

· Must have proven above average sales ability

Salary:

$140,000 + Total Compensation. (Compensation = base plus commissions)
