Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries with expert product knowledge
  • Politely and professionally resolve guest issues
  • Follow-up on all sales made to customers
  • Process customer returns and exchanges
  • Make sales and set up appointments over the phone

What we Offer:

Good Feet provides exceptional training to all employees. We provide generous hourly pay plus commission. NO EVENING HOURS!!

Base salary plus commission provides the opportunity to earn $50,000.00 per year.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years with commission-based sales experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, some college preferred
  • Weekends are required

Sales Manager

Wichita, KS

As the leader in our Wichita store the manager has responsibility for the sales performance of the store. Reporting to a Regional Sales Manager, the Sales Manager will lead a small team of Sales Consultants who will help our customers achieve their desired results using our products.

A key responsibility of this position is providing our sales professionals with ongoing coaching, skill development, motivation and performance management. The manager will be a “player coach,” meaning the selected individual will be in the rotation to meet with customers to stay in touch with our customer and the local market. He/she will be responsible for team scheduling to meet the needs of our seven days-per-week store operation, maintaining a high-quality store appearance, sales reporting and daily reconciliation, hiring, and customer complaint resolution.

To qualify, the selected individual must be have demonstrated success as a Sales Manager leading a team of sales professionals. He/she must be a servant leader with excellent interpersonal skills to connect with the customer and develop the team. He/she must have the ability to persuade others through direct influence and outstanding strategic communication skills. Strong closing skills and the ability to overcome objections are a must. Excellent computer skills and experience working with a retail POS system and ERP are important.

Bachelor’s degree required.
