I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?

Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
Can kids wear arch supports?
Sure. But, just like our adult customers, it’s important that children are properly sized and fitted to arch supports that are appropriate for their age, activity level, and the types of shoes they wear. Your local Good Feet Store, has a number of styles appropriate for kids 6 years of age and older. Simply stop into your local Good Feet Store for your child’s free, personal fitting, and our trained Specialists will help you find the right supports.
Do you sell anything other than arch supports in your stores?
Yes, we also carry shoes, cushions, and other foot-care accessories.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! The benefits given by our Returns Policy, are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under Australian or New Zealand consumer law.
We will gladly re-evaluate your needs and exchange any arch support within the first 30 days of purchase to best support you as your feet improve and strengthen. In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide an arch support to which you can adapt to; you may return your supports for store credit for returned arch supports within 60 days.
Certain personal item products are excluded under our Returns Policy unless they are faulty, these include:

No exchanges or returns will be accepted for non-lifetime warrantied supports.

Is The Good Feet Store following procedures for social and physical distancing?
Yes. The health and safety of you and our employees is our top priority. We are following Local Government guidelines for social and physical distancing, with procedures in place to promote a distance of 1.5 metres from others while shopping. This may include temporarily limiting the number of customers inside our stores at one time, floor markings, and additional signage.
Does The Good Feet Store have cleaning procedures in place?
Yes. Like many others, we’re following the latest cleaning and sanitation guidance from the local governments. This means more time is being spent cleaning our stores, including cleaning fitting stations and checkout counters between customers.
Does The Good Feet Store require customers to wear face masks?

The Good Feet Store has over 300 styles and strengths of arch supports that we personally fit to each customer so the price may range depending on the actual product you need for your specific lifestyle. Does insurance cover arch supports?
The Good Feet Store is not a medical provider. Good Feet Stores do not diagnose, prescribe, fill prescriptions, or accept or process insurance claims. Customers who believe arch supports may be covered under specific Health plans or policies should contact their provider for information regarding current coverage.
What are the terms and conditions of Gift Cards?
The Good Feet Store Gift Cards (Gift Cards) entitle the holder to goods equal to the value stated on the Gift Card or remaining after partial redemption. Gift Cards are only redeemable within any The Good Feet Store in Australia.
Gift Cards may not be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash. The value shown on a Gift Card includes GST. Gift Cards are partially redeemable and any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the Gift Card holder's order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the Gift Card holder will be required to pay for the difference in price between the value of the Gift Card and the retail price of the goods or services.
Gift Cards can be redeemed at any time even if a Gift Card specifies an expire date.
Should The Good Feet Store suspect any fraud relating to a Gift Card, The Good Feet Store may refuse to redeem the Gift Card until Good Feet is satisfied that no fraud has occurred. The Good Feet Store is not liable for any lost/stolen Gift Cards. Please contact The Good Feet Store immediately if your Gift Card has been lost/stolen. Lost/stolen Gift Cards can only be replaced if satisfactory proof of purchase is provided and the Gift Card has not been redeemed.
