Rob's journey to find relief from excruciating pain in his feet is a story of perseverance and the importance of finding the right solution. For Rob, pain was not a new concept. He had always believed in the mantra of 'no pain, no gain', and as a result, he had pushed his body to its limits during his younger days playing rugby league and later on in his career as a bodybuilder, which he pursued seriously.
Despite his active lifestyle, Rob's pain caught up with him, and at the age of 65, he found himself struggling to walk and even finish a game of golf. The pain was severe and ran up his legs from both heels. He tried every possible method to find relief, from soaking his feet in ice water to cortisone injections, but nothing seemed to work.
Realising that this was no way to live, Rob visited his GP, who diagnosed him with spurs in his heels and prescribed cortisone injections. Unfortunately, the injections did not alleviate the pain.
