Cherie Martin is amazing. Helpful, friendly, knowledgable, Cherie took her time to fit me, making sure everything was right, answering my questions and then following up a few days later to make sure everything was going well. I am still settling in with my Good Feet System but after Cherie helped me with a few questions 6 days in I am sure that it will be the most important purchase I have made recently and an investment in the health of my feet and my overall well-being. I am so glad that I finally visited The Good Feet store.

These arch supports are investment that has paid off. They fit into any shoe and have given me the freedom to wear shoes I'd previously have not considered. I only wish I could convince everyone I know with bad feet to make the investment.

I visited the Good Feet Store at Golden Grove on Saturday without any real knowledge or expectation, Mary took the time to take me through the process and at the end I was confident to make the investment in my future mobility and wellness. I have started the program and in the first couple of days my only regret is not visiting the store earlier. Thank you Mary for your professionalism and guidance.

My experience with Matthew in the Good Feet Store Chermside deserves 10 stars but you don't have 10, it is my pleasure to nominate 5 stars. I was really looked after by Matthew and his new assistant and what impressed me as an Elderly lady, is Matthew's attention to 'detail' and explaining how the Arch Support does 'align' the spine and hips. I spent 2 hours at the shopping centre following the 'fitting of the Arch Support's ' in my shoes and they where very comfortable. I love that I can transfer the Arch Support's to other shoes, this makes the product 'inexpensive' when with other support's I have purchased from other makers, can only be fitted to one pair of shoes. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending The Good Feet Store to friend's . I felt very much at home in the Chermside store, and enjoyed a very pleasant chat with the staff. I look forward to 'calling into the store just to say hello' when I am visiting Westfield Chermside store.

We arrived without an appointment and Karen was very helpful in assisting my husband, John. She was very thorough in advising what would be the best option for my husband. Whilst the whole package was not in our budget we did purchase a product to help give my husband some relief with his feet problem.

I found Julie to be very thorough and it was interesting. When trying the different Arch Supports you could really notice the difference immediately. Well worth the visit.

My heels no longer have the burning feeling after several hours on my feet; my legs don't ache anywhere as much as they did before visiting your store. Taking a walk after being at work all day is now done with much more pleasure; money well spent. At my age, I don't think I will be walking any marathons in the near future but at least now I can still think I can LOL

As a result of using my Good Feet arch supports I now have no pain in my feet or legs at night, which has miraculously improved my sleeping pattern. The pain that had begun across my arches and across the top of my feet is also significantly reduced. I am also able to walk for longer periods of time and am slowly increasing my pace. A great investment!

I work 10 hour nights continuously on my feet. I have had a hip and knee replacement on the right hand side. Without the arch supports I would not be able to do the strenuous hours on my feet. Well worth every cent.

The most valuable aspects of my arch supports are: 1) They assist my overall posture. I am walking straighter and taller. 2) I no longer trip when walking on smooth surfaces in flat shoes. Prior to the inserts, the ball of my foot would dig in and catch on smooth surfaces, propelling me forward in a trip/fall.
