Marcus was Great! I have been in pain for a very long time. They made sure I was comfortable before I left the store. Explained all the features and how to get use to the arches. I can walk again without pain. I am on a budget and didn't want to spend a fortune on insoles. Marcus helped me weigh my options and got me zero percent financing. With lifetime warranty, I can come back with any problems and they will take care of me. With nothing to pay today. My feet are happy again. Thanks Marcus.

These shoe inserts (and the Good Feet staff) work wonders! I had two surgeries to my left knee in 2019 and had been experiencing constant knee pain ever since. This prevented me from working out and even walking comfortably. To address this, I first went to the Good Feet store in Alpharetta and Ashlee fitted me to the Strengthener inserts (which by the way come with a lifetime warranty!). The process was smooth, quick, and right from the get-go I could feel significant relief from my knee pain. They took a bit of time for my feet to get used to, but it was all worth it, and eventually I even forgot they were there. Today, 2 months(ish) later, I am in the Kennesaw Good Feet location, where Donelle is fitting me with the second step of orthotics, the Maintainers. I look forward to involving myself in more physical activity with these slightly less stiff inserts, which is something I couldn’t imagine myself saying with all the knee pain I was having before. If nothing else, if you are skeptical, walk around with these inserts in the store - you will feel the difference from the moment you put them in your shoes. Side note, I also recommend trying out the supportive shoes the Good Feet store offers. I can’t wear my shoes from before the inserts because their wear pattern propagates my knee problems. Your ankle pain, knee pain, hip pain, back pain starts at the feet. I know this from experience and can’t stress enough how satisfied I am with 1. The inserts and 2. The inviting experience the Good Feet store offers.

I had huge bunions since I was a girl because they run in the female side of my family. I had an excellent double bunionectomy later which worked until I turned 70, hiked a lot during covid, and part of my left foot became painful. I finally decided to check out The Good Feet Store in Santa Barbara. Michael was friendly, smart, and an excellent communicator, and I enjoyed my time there. I decided to try out the inserts, partly because of the lifetime warranty and also because they feel great. I know they are expensive and I'm grateful to be able to buy them, but also the store offers 30 days to try them out.

I got my first inserts in July 2020 and noticed an immediate difference in my feet, legs and back. I was a big fan! In December 2020 they were not working as well and I went in for a check up. They replaced two sets that I had “outgrown” without a fuss, multiple questions, etc. I had purchased the lifetime warranty program and they honored it quickly and happily. I was impressed and relieved that they stand behind their product. I can’t recommend them highly enough for restoring my back health and faith in customer service.

I visited The Good Feet Store's Columbus location on Thursday, December 3rd. I was greeted by John Weinheimer upon arrival. Although the purpose of my visit was simply to obtain a warranty replacement and purchase a few pairs of cushions, John took the time to evaluate the fitment of all of the products. Through his attention to detail, John helped me to find that increasing both the inserts and cushions by one size will provide me with a better fit. I appreciate the attentive service John provided during my visit.

Walked right in and got fitted. Gwen was excellent and helped me get into a pair of the insoles. Hopefully they work well for my heel pain. They come with a lifetime warranty with unlimited adjustments if needed.

Totally saved my world ... Thank you Eric and Stephanie for helping me with my feet issues. I went to Good Feet in 2016 for terrible foot pain that started happening from an old injury. I was super skeptical, but desperate - I was leaving for a trip of my lifetime in less than 2 weeks - 18 days in Italy & it was all about walking. I was scared I'd have to cancel. They took great care of me & sent me on my way. I noticed improvement every day .. in fact by the time we flew out I was walking great. Then two years later I continued to have issues with the bog toes on both feet - Dr said it was full of arthritis . So I had two foot surgeries over the next two years. after recovery, my doctor said you shouldn't need those orthotics. Everything was going pretty well for about year, and then the foot pain started again. Went back to the surgeon, he sent me to his orthotic person & they began to make me custom orthotics. It wasn't working. After about 3 months and 4 different pairs I decided to pull out my old "good feet" ones.. And I started to get improvement. But not 100% .. So I went back to the good feet store & the revisited my plan & switched me out of a different set - lifetime warranty ... So far doing so much better.. Thanks again to Stephanie ... she's very knowledgeable & helpful.

I've had mine for about 2 years now. I see everyone rating them bad because the cost. Yes they are not cheap but they have a lifetime warranty. It was also cheaper than having a surgery. They will not be as comfortable at first because they actually help fix the way you walk. These were life changing for me as I work on my feet 10-12 hrs a day. Thank you!

My first visit was 3 years ago to the Torrance location when I had a bad hip. The orthotics helped some but my hip was too far gone. I ended up getting it replaced not long after that. Now my other hip is starting to bother me. I remembered when I bought the orthotics the sales rep said they had a Life Time warranty. So I decided to test that out. I took my old ones back to exchange for new ones based on my current issue. The sales rep Cheyenne took impressions of my feet. She gave me a more thorough explanation of how the orthotics work than the rep 3 years ago. I ended exchanging 2 and buying a third to have the whole set. The rep and her manager Dominique were extremely helpful. My hip isn't bothering me now. It was a pricey investment but I don't see a need for another hip replacement anytime soon. I also have received 2 follow up calls since my visit. Great customer service.

I got my Good Feet inserts back in 2016 from this store in Shiloh. I had a good experience and the inserts have helped keep my body in alignment. I have problems with sciatic type pain in both my right and left hip area. I work on a hard concrete floor and although I still have pain it has greatly been reduced due to these inserts helping my alignment. I recently got new inserts as my old ones were worn down. Thankful for the lifetime warranty it saved me lots of money. Thank you also for your assistance in explaining my inserts and how they help my body alignment. Absolutely phenomenal service. Really took the time to explain the product and how it would help my issues. I've worn custom orthotics from my doctor for years and I was tired of constantly paying for new ones. Come to find out that Goodfeet orthotics come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY! I also got a set that fit in my casual shoes around the house. 6 months in and I only wish I had done this sooner! Thank you to the whole staff at the Goodfeet store!
