I had made an appointment with a Good feet store, in Waco Texas at the central Texas marketplace . I heard a lot of good things about them and I'm constantly having heel pain where I can hardly walk at times. So I made an appointment to see what it was all about. They were a little more expensive than I anticipated, but I didn't realize that it was a lifetime product and you got three separate inserts for your shoes. John was very helpful, and patient until we found the right ones that were comfortable for me to walk in and felt right.I had gotten my son a fitting also because he is always complaining about the same heel pain and so I ended up buying him his lifetime inserts. he already feels a difference in his feet and I can see a difference in how he is walking. I plan on getting me some as soon as I could afford to. But I am definitely going to go back and get the shoes until I can get my inserts because I really do think they make a difference. Thank You to John and his staff at the Good Feet store here in Waco Texas. They are really going to make a difference in my son's life

Brian was really awesome! He explained the entire process in detail from start to finish. It’s hard to find someone who genuinely cares and Brian showed this. Very vibrant personality. Loved the private sectioned areas for seating during fitting.

I would like to say that Devon was very friendly, patient, and very respectful. We went thru several different products till we found the one that worked and was comfortable for me. Devon did not try to put me into anything that was not right for me which I really do appreciate. He was concern in making sure I had the correct fitting product instead of pushing for a quick sale. If you are in need of this service and product I would highly recommend going to the Good Feet store on North Dale Mabry in Tampa and ask for Devon.

Great employees work there. You can tell they're passionate about customer service. I should know because I've worked in retail management for over twenty years. Great job team! Going for the first time to a store where they need to fit you to a specific product one never really knows what to expect; will you be treated like a number, or have a long wait time, or made to feel uncomfortable due to the problems with your feet? Well, not to worry about The Good Feet Store as none of these things happened! I'll cut to the point. If you are having problems with your feet this is the company to choose. My wife and I were treated like gold by all employees at the Leesburg, VA store and especially by Liz Cruz who worked with my wife for her fitting. I know something about running a business successfully and believe me it starts with the front line employees and how they care for the customers. This company is a model of how to do that well and it’s clear that attitude comes from ownership. You will be very please in doing business with The Good Feet Store.

These shoe inserts (and the Good Feet staff) work wonders! I had two surgeries to my left knee in 2019 and had been experiencing constant knee pain ever since. This prevented me from working out and even walking comfortably. To address this, I first went to the Good Feet store in Alpharetta and Ashlee fitted me to the Strengthener inserts (which by the way come with a lifetime warranty!). The process was smooth, quick, and right from the get-go I could feel significant relief from my knee pain. They took a bit of time for my feet to get used to, but it was all worth it, and eventually, I even forgot they were there. Today, 2 months(ish) later, I am in the Kennesaw Good Feet location, where Donelle is fitting me with the second step of orthotics, the Maintainers. I look forward to involving myself in more physical activity with these slightly less stiff inserts, which is something I couldn’t imagine myself saying with all the knee pain I was having before. If nothing else, if you are skeptical, walk around with these inserts in the store - you will feel the difference from the moment you put them in your shoes. Side note, I also recommend trying out the supportive shoes the Good Feet store offers. I can’t wear my shoes from before the inserts because their wear pattern propagates my knee problems. Your ankle pain, knee pain, hip pain, back pain starts at the feet. I know this from experience and can’t stress enough how satisfied I am with 1. The inserts and 2. The inviting experience the Good Feet store offers.

I’m so glad we decided to pay a visit to your store. Experiencing knee pain while playing soccer, my daughter was been seen by a Dr for knee pain and mentioned that she had pretty good pronation in her feet. The Good Feet Store spent the time and asked all the right questions to get the proper fitting for inserts in her shoes. Later that week after an intense soccer practice that would have put her in a lot of pain, she came out of practice with a smile and said to me “no pain in my knees”. This was really comforting to hear her say that!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

I first visited this store about 3 years ago because I was in a lot of pain and desperately looking for relief. I had tried many things that hadn’t helped. But Good Feet changed all that! Bryson and Kimberly are extremely knowledgeable and caring - they genuinely want to help people! I don’t say this lightly - Good Feet arch supports have absolutely changed my life. The inserts I wear from Good Feet have eliminated my heel pain AND my lower back pain. I can work with kids, workout, and live actively with my family - something I had thought was no longer fully possible. Three years down the road, my feet have just continued to get better and better. Very efficient; effective presentation; friendly and well thought out. The arches are better than podiatrist ones, which involved time and costs for: appointments, x-rays, fitting, casting, applying and modifying, follow up appts., etc. After a few days of wearing the arches, I stopped noticing them and my feet felt better at the end of the day. The arches do what they are represented to do.
