Getting Started

Preparing Your Shoes

Use shoes with a supportive, flat footbed that can accommodate arch supports. Remove your shoe’s insoles or extra padding. Do not damage or tear the lining of the shoe bed if it is glued. Choose shoes that fit the type of support and activity you’ll be doing. Insert Good Feet Arch Supports, placing Good Feet cushions over the top of the arch supports.

Let's Get Moving

Wearing Your Good Feet Arch Supports

Adjustment takes time, and every journey is unique, so listen to your body. Some adjust quickly while others may need more time. Pressure or soreness is normal and temporary, often a sign your muscles are adapting. Use Maintainers or Relaxers when needed. Stay consistent, and you will reach your success point. In the first days you may wonder if the supports are working or feel unsure about the adjustment period. That is common, and your Good Feet Arch Support Specialist is here to guide you.

Keeping Them Clean

Cleaning your Arch Supports

For non-leather arch supports, clean with warm water and mild soap. For faux-leather arch supports, gently wipe using cold water and mild soap. Use the Good Feet Arch Support Cleaning Spray as needed and as directed. Always let your arch supports dry completely before wearing them again.
